Payments

All bookings are subject to a non refundable deposit of £50 (£100 for New Years Eve)
Full payment is required at leased 7 days prior to the event. Failure to pay will result in Time 2 Dance Discos not attending.
Time 2 Dance Disco's accepts the following payment methods: Cash, Paypal or BACS.
Paying by BACS will go straight into our bank account via internet banking. If this is how you would like to make payment please make sure as the reference you put your surname and date of the event, as any mistake of this could lead to a miss payment due to us not knowing who the money has come from.
If you require extra time at your event this can not be done on the night, this must be requested 7 days prior to the event and the fee must be paid for at the time of the request.

 

Cancellation And Charges Policy

Cancellation of an event before 4 weeks prior of the booking all you lose is the deposit.
Cancellation of an event within 4 weeks: Booking deposit plus 80% of the outstanding balance that is due.
In the unlikely event Time 2 Dance Disco's has to cancel the service due to a accident or sudden illness we will refund you in full and also try to give you numbers for other mobile disco's that may be able to help local to you.
Time 2 Dance Disco's will not be held responsible for any unavoidable circumstances ie: road traffic accidents, road closures or anything else that would be beyond our control.
Time 2 Dance Disco's don't accept cancellations over the phone, they must be in writing or E-mail.
Should for any reason the event is cancelled entirely beyond the clients control we will be happy to refund any fees that have been paid in full.

 

Health And Safety And Insurance

Time 2 Dance Disco's have a £10 million Public Liability Insurance Plus a valid Pro Dub License and all our equipment is PAT tested. All these are available upon request.
In the event of a fire, flooding, public disturbance or any other threat to the public, the DJ on the night will not be responsible to help in any way or help to evacuate the venue. The DJ on the night will not leave the venue/building unless fire regulations specify otherwise.

 

Venue

It is the clients responsibility to ensure that you inform Time 2 Dance Disco's of any restricted access in and out of the venue.
It can take up to 90 minutes to 2hrs to set up so Time 2 Dance Disco's will require early access to the venue. If we are delayed in the set up time due to not being able to get in the venue or of any situations outside our control this will not warrant any extension or refund. However we do go to the venue before the event to speck with the manager and see the best place to unload the equipment and also where the set up will be.
Time 2 Dance Disco's will not be responsible for any damage or loss to private or public property caused by invited guests or members of the public.
Time 2 Dance Disco's asks of the client not to offer any alcoholic drinks to the DJ, if you want to supply the DJ And staff drinks please make sure it's soft drinks only.

 

Request List

The client is more than welcome to submit a music request list to us and we must have this within 7 days prior to the event. This can be done via email or post, if doing this by post please allow an extra 7 days for us to get it.
Time 2 Dance Disco's can not be held responsible if certain songs are unavailable for request.
If requests come in on the night of the event then the DJ on the night will play them in sequence of the flow of music, so this means the DJ may not play it within the next few songs when requested.
For legal reasons Time 2 Dance Disco's can only play tracks provided by the client or guest(s) on original audio CD's.
The Client is responsible at the end of the night to collect any CD's that may have been given to the DJ, any property left with the DJ is left at the Client's or Client's guest(s) own risk.

 

Equipment Damage And Termination Of Hire

If any equipment that belongs to Time 2 Dance Disco's is damaged during the hire period that has been caused by the client or your guest(s) the client will then be held responsible for the cost of the replacing or repairing of the equipment. This also inc theft of any items.
In the event of any verbal abuse or physical violence behaviour towards any of our DJ's or Staff will not be tolerated. The DJ on the night will have the right to terminate the disco at any time if there safety is under any threat.

 

Use OF Photographs Or Videos

Pictures and videos may be taken throughout your event and these may be used on our website. Should you not wish to have these pictures put on the Time 2 Dance Disco's website please advise at the time of the meeting.
Time 2 Dance Disco's can have someone come in and take the photos of all your guests plus some of you(s) on the dance floor. However this is at an extra cost and they ain't there for the whole night just an hour or 2, you may if you wish buy the pictures that was taken but this is at the cost of the person we book for you.
